2. Website access and hosting

When the website is accessed, the web server may process technically necessary connection data. This may include IP address, date and time of access, requested file, transferred data volume, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and access status.

Processing is carried out to provide the website securely and reliably and to prevent misuse on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is stored only as long as necessary for these purposes or due to legal obligations.

3. Contact and inquiry form

The inquiry form transmits the entered data encrypted to our web server and from there by email to info@airx-engineering.com. No external email program is opened.

To process the inquiry, we process in particular name, email address, country, vehicle type, tire size, selected topic and message. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual inquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other requests.

The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. OpenStreetMap and CARTO map

An interactive map using Leaflet is embedded in the "Installation partners" section. The map display is based on OpenStreetMap data and provided via map tiles from CARTO. When the map loads, a connection is established to the map provider’s servers. In particular, IP address, device and browser information and usage data may be transmitted.

The "Plan route" link opens Google Maps only after a deliberate click. From that point, Google’s privacy policies also apply.

5. Google Fonts

This website currently loads the "Montserrat" font from Google servers. For technical reasons, the visitor’s IP address is transmitted to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

6. Local media, YouTube and external links

Some videos and product media are provided directly by this website. In addition, individual YouTube videos are displayed as local preview images. Merely visiting the page does not yet establish a connection to YouTube.

Only after a deliberate click on a YouTube video tile is the player loaded via youtube-nocookie.com in enhanced privacy mode. In particular, IP address, device and browser information and usage data may be transmitted to Google or YouTube. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. From that point, Google and YouTube privacy policies also apply.

7. Cookies and reach measurement

According to the current technical status, the website does not use its own web analytics, profiling or marketing cookies. If analytics, advertising or other third-party services are added later, this policy must be adjusted accordingly.

8. Your rights

Data subjects have, in accordance with the GDPR, in particular the right to:

• access to their processed personal data,
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,
• erasure or restriction of processing,
• data portability where the requirements are met,
• object to processing based on legitimate interests.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna.

10. Changes to this privacy policy

This privacy policy will be updated if the website, services used or legal requirements change.
