01 - AIRX PIONEER
AirX Pioneer turns operation, sensors, air management and wheel-side technology into one integrated system. Directly from cockpit to wheel.
Cockpit
The central user interface in the cockpit. The 4.3-inch display clearly shows pressure values, modes and system status, and controls tire pressure adjustment while driving. Temperatures, tank levels and additional vehicle data can also be integrated as options.
Air management
AirX Control is the central air and control unit of AirX. It distributes compressed air to the axles, coordinates inflation and deflation, and integrates the compressor and optional air reserves into the control system.
Wheel-side connection
The wheel-side connection unit of AirX Pioneer. AirX Nexus connects the vehicle air routing with the rotating wheel, enables pressure transfer directly to the tire and integrates sensors where the values are generated.
Sensors
AirX Pulse measures pressure where it matters: directly at the wheel and as the basis for precise control.
Defined air path
AirX Bridge creates a clear, protected air path from the vehicle frame to the wheel-side unit. Designed for steering angle, movement and real driving conditions, it reduces the risk of damage or tearing off.
AirX Bridge can be removed quickly when needed. This keeps the system robust in use, flexible in service and practical on road, travel and off-road routes.

High-volume reservoir
AirX intelligently integrates the spare wheel into air management. It serves as an additional high-volume reservoir and supports rapid pressure build-up when inflating the tires.
After use, the spare wheel is automatically refilled by the vehicle compressor and remains available as a spare.
More air means more inflation performance.
Cockpit

Depot solution
AirX Depot is the central interface of AirX Discovery. It brings compressed air where it is needed: quickly, cleanly and controlled directly to the wheel.
AirX Depot ensures maximum airflow, a defined connection and a clean installation on the vehicle. The solution is robust, service-friendly and built for real travel use.

AirX Pulse measures pressure where it matters: directly at the wheel and as the basis for precise control.
Valve technology
AirX Valve is the compact valve and quick-coupling solution for AirX Discovery. It creates a clean, secure connection to AirX Depot and enables fast, controlled airflow when inflating and deflating.
Different versions allow AirX Valve to be integrated to match the respective wheel and valve situation. At the same time, it securely holds AirX Pulse, combining quick coupling and sensors in one well-designed unit.

This turns AirX Touch into the control center for your vehicle. Compact, clear and exactly where you make decisions on the road.
Tire pressure
AirX Pulse records tire pressure data directly at the wheel and makes it visible in the cockpit as part of the Pathfinder sensor system.
Tank data
Up to four pressure sensors per box measure diesel and water tank levels via actual fluid pressure and send the values directly to AirX Touch.
Tank data
AirX Pressure Sensors measure tank levels via actual fluid pressure. The sensors are connected to the AirX Pressure Box, which collects all values and transmits them wirelessly to AirX Touch directly in the cockpit.
Temperature data
The AirX Temperature Box is the central module for temperature monitoring in the AirX universe. It connects up to four temperature sensors and transmits the measured values wirelessly to AirX Touch in the cockpit.
This makes temperatures from engine oil, gearbox, transfer case or other oil-carrying components visible directly while driving. Without additional displays in the vehicle. Without long cable runs to the cockpit.
Temperature data
AirX Temperature Sensors measure temperatures directly at oil-carrying components such as engine oil, gearbox or transfer case. They are designed as oil drain plugs with integrated temperature sensors and replace the existing drain plug at suitable measuring points.
The sensors also have an integrated magnet that can collect metallic particles in the oil. AirX Temperature combines precise temperature monitoring with a practical technical solution that integrates cleanly into the vehicle.
